Breathing Exercise

Stand comfortably with your feet apart

Breathe naturally (1)

Shake out your tension

Breathe into lungs (1)

Shake out tension lightly

Breathe into belly (1)

Take 2 more breaths into your belly, paying close attention to allow a full exhale (2)

Breathe into pelvis (1)

Take 2 more breaths into the pelvis, paying attention to fully exhale (2)

Take 3 deep whole body breaths, feeling the air expand to your feet and your hands (3)

Shake out remaining tension

Roll your neck side to side

Breathe (1)


Repeat as needed – several times a day
